Welcome back, Explorers! It is time to prepare for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. All returning students must complete the annual registration process online via the Aeries Parent Portal.

📅 Key Dates & Deadlines

  • Aeries Portal Opens: Expected mid-July 2026.
  • Office Support Begins: Staff will be available starting July 29, 2026.
  • First Day of School: Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
  • Office Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

💻 Logging In

Ensure you can access your Aeries Parent Portal account.

  • Need a Password Reset? You may need to reset your password if you cannot log in.
  • New Account? If you do not have an account, you will need your Parent Access Code and Student ID number to sign up.
  • Assistance: Please call the school at (951) 940-8520 if you have questions or need help.

To register, you must complete these nine sections in the portal:

  1. Family Information
  2. Income
  3. Student
  4. EmergencyContacts
  5. Medical History
  6. Additional Documents
  7. Authorizations
  8. Parent/Guardian Identification
  9. Verification of Residency
  10. Final Data Confirmation

📂 Required Documents for Upload

You must provide the following annually to complete registration:

  • Parent/Guardian ID: A current, valid government-issued ID.
  • Proof of Residence: Only one of the following is accepted:

Note on Affidavits: If you do not have a bill in your name, you must upload an Affidavit of Residency. This must include a copy of the ID for the homeowner or leaseholder named on the utility bill.
